Status: completedOk, we're now planning this one. It will be a template + component as suggested. Comment to request features. Here's our initial featureset:
- Images (primary and secondary thumbs clickable with lightboxes)
- Short and Long Descriptions
- Project Specs (a configurable list of details)

Wordpress like admin template
I love joomla, its the best cms out there, but we cannot deny that Wordpress still have the best user friendly admin dashboard. I would love to see a admin template (like AdminPraise) that is more like wordpress 2.7 and that uses more ajax
Status: completedWe're actually very underway working on AdminPraise2, which is a huge improvement over AdminPraise1. I think the WP 2.7 admin is super clean. We might consider an alternate theme in AP2 to resemble the look and feel. A big difference in the UI is that there's so much more function in a Joomla! site compared to WP.

i know there are a few real estate templates around but they look to childish.
